2. Data we process and its source
We process the information you provide directly through the form or by email: name, company, work email, telephone number when supplied, destination, dates, estimated group size, requested services and the content of your enquiry.
To protect the form and maintain site security, minimum technical data may also be processed, such as IP address, request date and time, and server logs.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to answer your enquiry, understand the project's requirements, prepare a proposal and maintain the communications needed to manage it. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and developing our business.
Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, maintaining security and ensuring the website works correctly. We do not use form data to send advertising unrelated to your enquiry or make automated decisions producing legal effects.
Fields marked as required are necessary to deal with your enquiry. Without them, we may be unable to process it correctly.
4. Retention period
We keep data for as long as necessary to answer and follow up the enquiry. If a contractual relationship begins, it will be retained for its duration and then blocked for the applicable statutory periods. If no relationship is established, the data will be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, without prejudice to blocking it where necessary to address potential liabilities.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell your data. It may be accessed by providers supplying website hosting, email, maintenance or support services, only where necessary and under the relevant contractual safeguards. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities or courts where legally required.
No international transfers are currently planned. If they become necessary, the safeguards required by European data protection law will be applied and information will be provided where appropriate.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, by emailing info@plus10.es. To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Security, hosting and cookies
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Website and email services are supplied by technical providers subject to the relevant confidentiality and data protection commitments.
With your consent, we load the Google Ads tag to measure which ads generate enquiries. Google may receive browsing data, advertising identifiers and the confirmed submission event; we do not send form fields to Google Ads. Measurement uses Google Ads cookies (_gcl_ family, generally up to 90 days). We do not enable ad personalization or Google Analytics. You can accept or reject measurement, and change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page. We store your choice in your browser for 180 days. Rejecting does not affect the form. See also Google’s privacy policy. The server may generate technical logs needed for security and service delivery.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The current version will always be available on this page together with its update date.
