Is there a minimum number of rooms?

No. You can request a proposal for any number of rooms. Tell us the number of guests, preferred room types and check-in and check-out dates.

Can you source a hotel room block for our company?

Yes. We source group options and coordinate the terms proposed by the hotel. Availability, rates, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed in each proposal.

What do you need to prepare a proposal?

Please share the city and event, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms and guests, preferred hotel standard and budget per room per night, including the currency. Specify twin rooms with separate beds or double rooms with one bed, and any different dates for individual teams.

Do you work with international teams and agencies?

We coordinate requests in English and Spanish for companies, delegations and agencies, including teams travelling from the United States and the United Kingdom. White-label local coordination is available for agencies.
