No. You can request a proposal for any number of rooms. Tell us the number of guests, preferred room types and check-in and check-out dates.
Yes. We source group options and coordinate the terms proposed by the hotel. Availability, rates, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed in each proposal.
Please share the city and event, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms and guests, preferred hotel standard and budget per room per night, including the currency. Specify twin rooms with separate beds or double rooms with one bed, and any different dates for individual teams.
We coordinate requests in English and Spanish for companies, delegations and agencies, including teams travelling from the United States and the United Kingdom. White-label local coordination is available for agencies.
Exhibition set-up and dismantling
We source hotels for stand and booth builders, installers and technical crews in Barcelona. Plan stays before opening, during the show and after closing around your actual working dates, with no minimum room count.
Tell us your budget, occupancy, arrival and departure dates for each team, and whether van parking or early breakfast is needed. We check these requirements with each hotel; availability and terms are subject to confirmation.
